Galvalume steel corrugated roof sheets are available in various designs, including wavy, trapezoidal, and ribbed patterns. These sheets can be utilized as single-layer boards, as overlays on existing roofs, or as part of steel sandwich panels. Compared to traditional roofing materials, Galvalume sheets are more cost-effective, lightweight, and easy to install, making them a practical choice for many applications.

In addition to their durability and recyclability, Galvalume sheets require minimal maintenance, further enhancing their economic appeal. They feature a bright, smooth surface that not only looks aesthetically pleasing but also allows for easy painting in various colors, enabling customization to meet design preferences.

Superior Corrosion Resistance

The aluminum layer in Galvalume steel provides exceptional corrosion resistance. As the zinc wears away, the aluminum forms a dense oxide layer that protects the underlying material from further corrosion. Consequently, the corrosion resistance of Galvalume (GL) plates is three times greater than that of traditional galvanized (GI) plates, with a service life that can be two to six times longer under similar conditions.

High Thermal Reflectivity

Galvalume sheets have a reflection coefficient that is double that of galvanized metal roof panels, helping to reduce indoor temperatures during the summer and lowering air conditioning costs. This feature makes them particularly suitable for hot climates.

High Temperature Resistance

GL roofing sheets exhibit excellent heat resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures above 300 degrees Celsius, making them suitable for prolonged use in high-temperature environments.
