Additionally, it maintains strength and ductility at high temperatures (up to 1500°F) and is easily shaped due to its good formability. This versatile material finds applications in aerospace engineering, medical device manufacturing, petrochemical processing plants, and marine fittings. However, welding 430 stainless steel can be challenging due to its high chromium content. Thoroughly cleaning the material with a wire brush is essential to remove any discoloration caused by heat exposure during the welding process.
