    Hot dip galvanizing involves a chemical reaction between molten metal and the iron substrate to create a durable alloy layer that bonds the substrate with the coating. The process begins with pickling the steel and iron components to remove any iron oxide from their surfaces. After pickling, the parts are cleaned using an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride, zinc chloride, or a mixture of both, before being immersed in the hot dip galvanizing tank.
    This method offers several advantages, including a uniform coating, strong adhesion, and an extended service life. Compared to other metal protection techniques, hot dip galvanizing provides superior protection through a combination of physical barriers and electrochemical defense. The coating exhibits excellent bonding strength to the substrate, compactness, durability, and maintenance-free characteristics, making it a cost-effective solution adaptable to various shapes and sizes.
    Currently, hot dip galvanized products include steel plates, steel strips, steel wires, and steel pipes, with hot dip galvanized steel plates representing a significant portion of the market.

    The production process of hot galvanizing is as follows

    Mother material → degreasing → water washing → pickling → water washing → rinsing → flux solution → drying → hot galvanizing → cooling → inspection → packaging
