The sports center is being constructed on a total land area of 22,997 square meters, with the building itself covering 9,608 square meters and a total construction area of 13,983 square meters. The facility is designed with four floors: the underground level will serve as a parking garage, accommodating over 200 vehicles, while the second floor is dedicated to competition venues and various functional rooms, providing a versatile space for sporting events and activities.
